Built in an old foundry
Ember opened in 2019 after two coaches — a powerlifter and a yoga teacher — spent years sending clients to each other and finally just rented a building. The old Foundry Street ironworks had the right bones: high ceilings, brick walls, and room for both barbells and quiet. We've stayed small on purpose. Twelve spots per class, coaches who track your progress personally, and a culture that values showing up over showing off. Strong people are made slowly, and they're made together.
